Drawing and Painting course #2 begun.. But to my surprise we wont be doing any drawing nor painting.. but sculpting! what the hell....
Anyways.. 1st task was to pick some picture of a realistic/real character and do a sorta caricature/simplified version of it using plasticine.
I decided to do some sort of african american round-faced male head.
Pretty much 1st time i ever do anything "serious" with this type of media.. Took me 2 mornings.
Next task is to edit this sculpt and give the character emotion.
