Tadaa!
Some month ago I walked down a hill to an evening course on my usual school path and the lighting that day was so beautiful and inspiring that I knew I had to paint it some day.
I memorized the view and the feeling I had and after a month or so I sketched my idea on my phone.
This is the finished painting I did on my tablet PC.

Photoshop
T5010
1 evening.. some 5h I think.

Here is the little sketch I did on my mobile phone in the middle of a night:

Yo!

I got myself the Adobe Production Premium CS6 pack and decided to test out the 3d painting feature!
Did a quick random sketch.. looked like some little garbage robot -thing..

You can see a quick test of the painting here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-7b5GOZCJs&feature=results_video

It has weird white artifacts sometimes.. but you would mainly use it to establish main colors and sketch out the design, after which you'd switch to the 2D view.

Photoshop
Wacom
Blender
Cycles
Some 500 Tris
2k texture

EDIT: Here's another render.. 2k texture and 256 one.
